PRIVACY POLICY
About the information we collect:
We don't share customer details with 3rd parties. We also don't store your brand details. Information you provide is solely used for your purchase with us. Your details are never used without your consent.
Details that we may use that is collected from this website:
- Personal details you submit, such as name, address, email address, etc.
- Data which allows us to recognise you, your preferences and how you use this website (saving you from re-entering information when you return to this site). This data is collected by cookies from your navigation around the site. A cookie is a small amount of data which we send to your computer. The data is stored on your browser or hard disk. Most web browsers can be set to prevent you from receiving new cookies, notify you before accepting cookies or disable cookies altogether. Details about this can normally be found in the Help facility provided with your browser. If you disable cookies, you will not be able to receive personalised facilities and your progress to check out may take longer. The cookies store information only for as long as you are viewing the website.
- Your IP address (this is your computer’s individual identification number) which is automatically logged by our web server. This is used to note your interest in our website.
- Your preferences and use of email updates, recorded by emails we send you (if you select to receive email updates on products and offers).
- Ama Thea The Label may send you marketing messages by SMS; about us and our products; where you have not unsubscribed or where you have otherwise signed up, or consented, to receive marketing messages. You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing of this nature at any time by contacting our customer care team. You can tell us you no longer wish to receive marketing information from us by emailing our customer service team info@amatheathelabel.com. We’ll hold on to your information for as long as you continue to have an Adanola account to receive email or SMS alerts. If you no longer wish to have an account and receive email or SMS alerts, you can contact us and request that we close your account. To do this, simply email us at info@amatheathelabel.com.
What do we do with your information
Any personal information we collect from you will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The details we collect will be used to:
- Process your order, to maintain guarantee records and to provide after-sales service (we may pass your details to another organisation to supply/deliver products or services you have purchased and/or to provide after-sales service)
- Carry out security checks (this may involve passing your details to credit reference agencies, who will check details we give them against public and private databases and may keep a record of that check to use in future security checks - this helps to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions)
- Comply with legal requirements We may use third parties to carry out certain activities, such as processing and sorting data, monitoring how customers use our site and issuing our emails for us.
Your rights
- You can ask us to update your personal information by emailing precise details of your request. Please ensure you type "update" in the subject line of your email.
- You can ask us not to send you future marketing communications. To do this, simply email us at info@amatheathelabel.com. Type "No Marketing" in the subject line and then the following in the main text:
Your full name, postal address, your email address and your phone number (so we can confirm it is you)
We will then suppress your data from all direct marketing, although we will still keep it for processing your order and fulfilling customer service and after sale obligations.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is given when you make a purchase from the Ama Thea The Label website. It is important to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before buying goods from our website.
By using the Ama Thea The Label web services you are agreeing to all of the Terms and conditions stated, which may be updated from time to time. It is important and your responsibility to read the terms to take notice of any changes made.
We will endeavor to make sure that all information on our website is accurate and correct at all times and will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible.
Placing an order
Remember to check your account and delivery information to ensure everything is correct before submitting your order as we may not be able to amend it!
When you submit an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Only when your order has been shipped the order has been accepted.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once this has taken place. If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this in email form and offer you an alternative if applicable.
We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £50 and free standard international shipping on all orders over Є/$200.
Our right to reject or cancel your order.
Fulfilment of all orders on the Website is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:
— The product is not available / in stock
— Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
— Your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud
— We have reason to believe that you are a selling our products with no prior agreement to do so
— We could not deliver to the address provided by you Due to an Event Outside Our Control
— In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information
Data Check: We may run some checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and checking for fraud. There are automated processes in place to filter out any suspicious orders which may be fraudulent. All fraudulent orders will be investigated and prosecuted if necessary.
Shipping
Our stated shipping times are only an estimate as we do not always have control over external contributing factors for delays, therefore if you paid for express shipping and it doesn't arrive within the estimated time frame because of a reason which is outside of our control then we unfortunately can't do anything about this. If you wish to return any items, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders can be made when items are brand new and not yet released or are out of stock. Items available for pre-order will be clearly labelled as available for 'Pre-Order' as opposed to labelled as 'Add To Cart'. Despite items being labelled as 'Out Of Stock' this does not mean that you cannot pre-order the items. There is not limit to the quantity of items that we produce for pre-order. Bearing this in mind you can purchase pre-order items until stated otherwise.
Items available for Pre-order will be estimated to be shipped on the date stated for pre-orders. Please take into consideration that external factors could contribute to this date being delayed. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible. Unfortunately this does not mean that you can request a refund before you receive your purchase. A refund can only be requested once you have received your purchase. The estimated shipping method that you choose, whether that is standard or express is counted from the day that your purchase has been shipped.
Returns
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL
We will happily offer you a full refund on items that you wish to return to us however, this will only be for items which are unused, unwashed, with all tags and protective hygiene stickers attached and still in their original condition*. Our returns window is open for 14 days from the day you receive your order. Ama Thea The Label reserves the right to decline a refund request if when we receive the item/s, we see that the tags have been tampered with, been washed, worn or aren't in the condition that we sent it out at. Please note that all items are checked thoroughly before being sent out and any issues reported will be carefully considered before a refund is issued. With this in mind, we do understand that everyone makes mistakes and if it is a manufacturers issue, then we will take full responsibility and will repair this for you as soon as possible.
*Please note that our scrunchies are non-refundable.
UK RETURNS AND REFUNDS ONLY
If you got FREE SHIPPING from us to you, we will deduct £5.50 from the amount returned back to you.
If you paid for shipping, we cannot refund this amount back to you as we don't get this fee back from the courier.
To return your order you are welcome to organise your shipping from you to us. Or we can provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. £5.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the pre-paid shipping label. Just please let us know your preference when emailing or filling out the returns form below to notify us.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND REFUNDS ONLY
To see how much we will deduct from your refund to accommodate shipping costs, please refer back to our shipping table above depending on whether your order is coming from 'Europe' or the 'rest of the world'.
Despite whether you paid or received free shipping, the amount stated on the table will be how much is deducted from your refund*.
If you paid for shipping, we cannot refund this amount back to you as we don't get this fee back from the courier.
To return your order, you will need to organise a return label yourself. Get in contact with us and we will provide you with a returns address.
*If you are keeping items which align with the amount necessary to receive free shipping, we will not deduct a shipping fee from us to you when refunding you. You will only be charged for a returns label if you choose this option.
How to submit a return
Simply submit the relevant information in the returns form below or email us at info@amatheathelabel.com with the same criteria listed below. We will aim to get back to you as soon as possible. We will send you a PDF of the pre-paid shipping label, which you can print out at home or at a Royal Mail post office to send the item/s back for a refund if this is your preferred choice. On the contrary, if you decide to organise your own shipping label, this is fine, just let us know that we should be expecting your return*. Once we receive your package and confirm that the item/s that we receive is in its original condition then, we will process your return with the money going back into your account within 3-5 working days*.
*For both options, please ensure you package your orders securely as we don't not take liability if your order gets lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
We do not currently accept exchanges. If you would like to get a different size, colour or style garment, then simply return your item/s back to us following the instructions above and submit a new purchase on our website here.
