Shipping Policy
All Ama Thea The Label garments and items are designed and made in London. This in mind, we offer free UK standard shipping on all orders over £50 and free international standard shipping on all orders over Є/$200.
Shipping Orders
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, but please allow 1-5 workings days for your order to be dispatched, depending on your chosen shipping option. We dispatch all our orders before 2pm, any orders made after this time will be processed on the following working day (this excludes UK public holidays). Orders placed during weekends and UK public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
Shipping costs are calculated when you're checking out and once you have entered your delivery address. You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow the progress of your order to your door. If your have any specific questions regarding your order, feel free to contact us at info@amatheathelabel.com.
Please note, if you wish to return any items, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy
We want you to love your Ama Thea The Label purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer you a refund on eligible items. Please review the details below to ensure your return meets our policy requirements.
As all our garments are made to order, we may be able to make adjustments to better suit your needs. If you think a small change could make your item perfect, please email us at info@amatheathelabel.com before returning your item—we’ll do our best to help.
Eligibility for Returns (Domestic & International)
We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:

Unused and unworn

Unwashed

In original condition

All tags and hygiene stickers must be intact and attached

We must be notified about a wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order
Please note: We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch. If returned items appear worn, washed, damaged, or have had their tags removed or tampered with, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
We understand that issues can arise. If there is a manufacturing fault, we will take full responsibility and either repair or replace the item promptly.
UK Returns & Refunds
- If your order was eligible for free shipping, £5.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage.
- If you paid for shipping, this fee is non-refundable as it is a direct cost from the courier.
You have two return options:

Organise your own return shipping – contact us for the return address.

Request a pre-paid shipping label – we’ll send a Royal Mail PDF label to print at home or at the Post Office. £5.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover this cost.

International Returns & Refunds
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please refer to our shipping cost table to see the amount that will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. This deduction applies regardless of whether you paid or qualified for free shipping.
International customers must organise their own return shipping. Please contact us to request the correct return address.
Note: If your return still qualifies for free shipping based on the final value of items kept, you will not be charged for the original shipping. You will only be charged for return shipping if you request a pre-paid label.

We will respond promptly with instructions and, if requested, a pre-paid returns label. Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.
Please ensure all items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, style, or colour, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order via our website.
